This program is designed to be time-efficient, incorporating compound movements, supersets, and progressive overload principles to maximize muscle growth and fitness. It uses bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to build strength and endurance. Each session includes a warm-up, strength training, cardio, and a cool-down phase to optimize recovery and gains. This program is SELF GUIDED. You will use a program called Quickcoach. These workouts include video examples of each exercise. Please watch these closely to ensure proper form.
